you are right about our less fortunate students, esp. in the rural areas. i will take note of this and mention it to appropriate powers-that-be... there are scholarships available to deserving but needy students, though. perhaps all that&#039;s needed is to spread the word.

		<description>This is a good news to all IT Davaoenos. This [PhilNITS] certification  and exams would help to us to enhance skills and develop more the knowledge in IT industry. 

I am concerned also to our fellow Davaoenos, especially in the rural areas, which cannot pursue to continue their college education, because of the financial needs. I would appreciate if you[the author] could give some hint and ideas from any organizations[govt or NGO&#039;s] that offers scholarship grants and support to IT-skilled individual especially in Davao City. I know they&#039;re capable, and able to, but the obstacle is the rapid increase of tuition fees.</description>
